1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AP Detailing Studio website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. SMS Text Message Service Terms

Consent to SMS: By providing your phone number and checking the "receive updates by SMS" box on our service form, you expressly consent to receiving automated SMS text messages from Absolute Perfection Mobile Detailing LLC® ("Company") at the phone number you provide. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive SMS messages at that number. This consent is entirely optional and is not a condition of service.

Message Frequency: Expected message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive service completion notifications, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and customer service communications. We typically send service-related messages on an as-needed basis, and promotional messages up to several times per week depending on our current offers. Message frequency will be disclosed when you opt in.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's pricing plan. Standard SMS rates charged by your carrier will apply to SMS messages you receive from us, even if your wireless plan includes unlimited SMS messaging. Absolute Perfection Mobile Detailing LLC® is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS service is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others). However, we cannot guarantee SMS delivery on all carrier networks, and delivery times may vary.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

• Replying "STOP," "UNSUBSCRIBE," "END," "QUIT," or "CANCEL" to any text message you receive from us

• Visiting our Unsubscribe Instructions page for additional options

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send you a final confirmation message and remove your number from our SMS list within one business day.

SMS Not a Condition of Service: SMS opt-in is entirely optional. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to purchase or receive our vehicle detailing services.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AP Detailing Studio's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your use of the website

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS Delivery: Absolute Perfection Mobile Detailing LLC® is not responsible for:

• Delays or failures in SMS message delivery
• Transmission errors or interruptions caused by your carrier, network providers, or third-party services
• Loss or corruption of SMS messages in transit
• Delivery failures due to incorrect phone number entry, carrier routing issues, or phone compatibility problems
• Charges or fees imposed by your mobile carrier
• Use or misuse of SMS messages after delivery to your phone

General Liability: In no event shall AP Detailing Studio be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on AP Detailing Studio's website or services, even if AP Detailing Studio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on AP Detailing Studio's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. AP Detailing Studio does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. AP Detailing Studio may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. AP Detailing Studio does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
